Ilustração Terapêutica

Nesta oficina, procuraremos atingir um estado de relaxamento mental, longe do bulício do quotidiano e do constrangedor medo do julgamento. Calmamente, vamos perder-nos no lânguido movimento de um pincel ou no lento riscar de um lápis.
O exercício de desenhar, quando liberto de preconceitos e do jugo das expectativas, tem por si só um efeito terapêutico e reconstituinte.
Os métodos serão acessíveis a todos os participantes. Passo a passo, o desenho é guiado, sendo executado em tinta acrílica sobre uma placa de MDF. Iremos avançando pelas sendas da ilustração, ensaiando técnicas adaptáveis às capacidades e necessidades de expressão de cada um. O objectivo é atingir um estado de concentração tranquila, desprendido e liberto de preocupações de carácter estético.
